Louisville Orchestra presents Festival of American Music II: The Jazz Influence

Fusing modern classical and jazz, composer and violinist Johannes Dickbauer has been creating heat in Vienna and throughout Europe. This LO commission will create a new vehicle for this violinist-composer that’s on the burning edge of composition.

SCENE at the Center, our small plates eatery, offers bar and food service two hours prior to most performances in Whitney Hall and the Bomhard Theater. Kitchen service ends as the curtain rises, but beverage service will continue throughout the performances and extend through midnight on Friday and Saturday nights.
